Terms, Conditions & Limitations
1. Eligibility and Verification Protocols
Eligibility for any discount program shall be verified at the point of sale or initiation of service. Applicants are required to present valid, current documentation, including but not limited to: Military identification, DD-214, Department credentials, professional certifications, or applicable licensure. Constitutional Arms LLC reserves the absolute discretion to determine eligibility and may request supplementary documentation to substantiate credentials.
2. Gunsmithing Discount Scope & Exclusions
A gunsmithing discount of 10% is applicable exclusively to labor charges for services performed on a firearm specifically purchased from Constitutional Arms LLC. Explicitly excluded from this discount are the costs of parts, components, accessories, optics, magazines, ammunition, consumables, special-order items, third-party services, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and administrative transfer costs.
3. Entitlement Duration and Non-Transferability
Discount privileges are strictly non-transferable and pertain solely to the firearm identified in the original transaction. All gunsmithing discount entitlements shall expire precisely six (6) months from the initial date of firearm acquisition. These discounts are not applicable retroactively to completed services or prior transactions.
4. Combination with External Incentives
Discount programs may not be utilized in conjunction with any other concurrent promotional offers, sale pricing, coupons, or incentives unless such combination has been explicitly authorized in writing by Constitutional Arms LLC management.
5. Redemption and Cash-Value Restrictions
Discount entitlements possess no intrinsic cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, gift cards, or any alternate form of consideration or compensation.
6. Statutory and Legal Compliance
All promotional offers are contingent upon strict compliance with federal, state, and local firearms regulations, including buyer eligibility criteria and lawful transfer protocols. Fulfillment is subject to the successful completion of background checks and all related statutory requirements mandated by law.
7. Privilege Modification and Termination
Constitutional Arms LLC reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend, decline, or terminate any discount program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
8. Jurisdictional Mandates (State of Iowa)
Pursuant to the statutes of the State of Iowa, all firearm transactions must strictly comply with applicable state laws and administrative codes. Background check protocols and transfer procedures are determined by the purchaser’s legal status and firearm classification; at no time shall the application of a discount supersede or circumvent legally mandated regulatory requirements.
